Steve is entering his 4rd year teaching at Elk Grove and his 5th season
coaching for the Grenadiers.  He received his
bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University where he played baseball
for the Redbirds.  Prior to attending college, Steve attended Prospect
High School in district 214, where he played football for 4 years, capping
off his senior season with a state championship.  Steve will call the
defense for the sophomore team this fall.  He was the freshman A head coach in 2009 and finished with a 7-2 record.
