Coach Carlson has been teaching and coaching at Elk Grove High School since 2004.  He has coached at the freshmen and the sophomore levels and is currently the new head sophomore head coach and will be calling the offense at the sophomore level.  He graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1999 and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2003.
