Coach Pomazak is a physical education teacher and is in his 9th year at Elk Grove High School and about to begin his 7th season in the Grenadiers football program.  Coach Pomazak has worked at all levels of the football program, most recently as the varsity assistant head coach. When he was a sophomore head coach his teams compiled a 14-4 overall record.  He earned his BA from North Central College in Naperville and is currently completing his masters in performance enhancement and injury prevention from California University of Pennsylvania.  Coach Pomazak has also been a member of the Elk Grove High School Baseball program for the past 9 years and served as sophomore head coach for the past 7 years.
